Molle

John Molle, a former jewelery and typewriter repair man, invented the Molle typewriter with the intention to make a machine that was very easy to repair as it aged. Although the typewriter itself was an excellent design, the sales side of the business did not come off so well as the third model invented, patented, and finally sold was very short lived. This was likely partially due to the death of John Molle shortly before the company was liquidated.
